How I Felt: Head games, mostly kept telling myself I could this for one day

16 hours of fast (5pm Monday to 9 am Tuesday)

Day 2
This was an non-fast day as described one could
do per the intermittent fasting. I did change this
as I went through and designed my own program,
still using the principles of the Susan James books,
and The Fast Diet book.

8:30 am 1 huge donut / 1 glass of water
