Do Not Eat After 5pm
I Can Do It!
Did not eat after 10 pm the night before and until 11:30 am this day.
Stopped eating at 9:30 pm.
Didn’t eat anything until 11:30 am (14 hours)
Middle of the night mozzarella cheese and Beanie Weenies
I couldn’t take it anymore. Needed to eat to sleep and feel god.
Tried not to eat at the next day is a Blow-Out Day.
I looked so forward to this day and I made it!
I stopped eating by 6pm.
I did eat ½ banana in middle of the night.
Woke up feeling grumpy.
My thoughts were at that wall of I can’t eat what
I want today and I was frustrated about it.
I knew I had to get my thoughts back on track.
I needed to move to feel good.
Good news was I was waiting till 10 am to eat
anything and that would be 16 hours.
This is a fast day
500 Calories and not eating after 5pm.
What I want is to feel good while I’m losing weight.
